Come see Artisan and Chef Demonstrations, an eating competition, Live Entertainment & Fall Festivities. Enjoy all of this while sampling a locally grown selection from one of our fantastic food vendors, and sipping a craft beer.

Q. What is the policy for rain? 

A. Upstate Harvest Moon Festival is a rain or shine event. If 

an event is postponed due to unsafe conditions we will post 

updates on the Festival page of our website


Q. Where is the event located? 

A. Upstate Harvest Moon Festival is located in downtown Simpsonville on Main Street 

and Curtis Street. Map of Festival Grounds 


Q. What is the cost? 
A. Entry to the Festival is free of charge. There will be a charge for different activities. These activities include entry to the Kidz Zone, rides, participation in the Color Vibe 5K, and the wine tasting.

Q. Is the Festival handicapped friendly? 
A. There will be handicapped parking available, with tag. Festival grounds are also 
paved and will allow easy access for wheelchairs. 

Q. Is the Festival family friendly? 
A. The Festival is designed for and will provide entertainment for people of all ages. 

Q. How do I pay for food, beverages, and activites? 
A. Food and beverage vendors will take cash as payment. For amusement rides, you may purchase a Ride 
Wristband or individual ride tickets. Kidz Zone entry is a $5 all-day pass.

Q. Can I still apply to be a vendor?
A. Food and Beverage Vendor Applications will be accepted until September 5th. Non-Food Vendor Applications will be accepted until the 1st of October. These applications can be found in the Vendor Info tab. 

Q. Where can I go to learn more about Simpsonville? 

Event Policies

*PLEASE NO SMOKING. There is a No-Smoking Law enforced in Simpsonville 

when attending Festivals and while dining in restaurants. 

*PLEASE NO back packs, tote bags, duffel bags, etc. 

*PLEASE NO purses over 12” in length or width. 

*PLEASE NO coolers. Non-event food and drinks are not allowed into the 

Festival. Event concessions are available throughout. 

*PLEASE NO animals (unless it is needed to assist an individual with a 

disability). 

*PLEASE NO concealed weapons of any type allowed on festival grounds - 

individuals subject to search at various check points. 

*ALL BAGS AND STROLLERS are subject to search at various check points. 

*PLEASE NO glass on Festival grounds 

*PLEASE NO roller blades, golf carts, 4 wheelers, scooters, bicycles 

*PLEASE NO overnight parking, tailgating or alcohol in parking lots. 

*Concerts are general admission. 

*Festival is rain or shine unless festival grounds are deemed unsafe due to 

inclement weather which is determined by public safety officials. 

*Cameras without a detachable lens, digital and disposable cameras are 

permitted. 

*Small lawn/bag chairs and blankets are permitted. 

*PLEASE NO video or audio recording devices of any type allowed at concerts.
